  • Coming Soon status of your home is entered into MRIS for up to 21 days.

  • Lock box is placed on your home.

  • For Sale sign is placed in your yard.

  • Review listing details, photos, and showing instructions prior to your listing becoming live as Active.

  • Order homeowners/condo association re-sale documents.

After Your Home Is Listed

  • Private neighbors only event is held.

  • Agents schedule showings to see your home.

  • Weekly open houses are scheduled.

  • Weekly showing and feedback report is sent to you via e-mail.

  • Weekly call from Sorelle Realty to review market activity.

  • Market snap shot will be sent monthly.

  • Daily marketing of your home.

Receiving An Offer

  • Offer is reviewed by Sorelle team.

  • Offer is e-mailed to you for review.

  • Sorelle team calls to discuss offer and determines the next steps best for you.

Offer Acceptance/ Contract Ratification

  • Sign and return the accepted contract.

  • Contract ratification date ____________________! 
    Contingencies start the 1st day after ratification

  • Home inspection date/time ___________________ due by ___________________

  • Complete and return title company seller information sheet

  • Return all receipts/invoices for any repairs done after the home inspection if applicable.


  • Settlement sheet will be sent to you at least 3 days prior to closing.

  • Sorelle team will contact you to schedule the closing date/time/location.

  • Buyers will do the final walkthrough.

  • Contact your utility companies to let them know the date you are selling your home.

  • Note: Utilities should be left on through the day of settlement.

  • Come prepared at settlement with the following:
    Photo I.D.
    Check book and/or account information to wire the proceeds.
    House keys, garage door openers, mail box keys, and any other keys for the property.
